At The Ambassador Skilled Nursing & Therapy, our staff motto is "WE GOT THIS." Our staff help each other, we respect each other, and we stick around- with many of us having been with the facility for over 30 years. So many people stick around because of our strong sense of family, where open communication is valued and team work is a requirement. 

 Interestingly enough, The Ambassador stands out with a much younger resident population. Our residents have a lot of freedom; the freedom to come and go as they please and the freedom to bring in refrigerators, microwaves, coffee pots – making their rooms feel more like apartment suites! This relaxed culture, in turn, means our staff are able to enjoy the comfortable conditions.
